Shipping Policy
I typically ship once a week, and I pack each order with great care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Method: USPS Priority (2-4 business days within the continental U.S.)
International Shipping: I currently ship within the U.S. only.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details as soon as your order is on its way.
While I do my very best to meet the estimated delivery window, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. That said, I want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7-14 days of delivery and I’ll gladly send a replacement. Email: hello@karenarmstrongstudio.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage to help me start the process quickly. Thank you so much for supporting handmade, heart-led art. It means the world.
eGift Cards: Karen Armstrong Studio eGift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. They never expire and may be used toward any product available in the studio shop.
Please note: eGift cards are redeemable only for items sold directly through this website and cannot be applied to purchases made through third-party platforms such as Spoonflower, Threadless, or any other sites linked from karenarmstrongstudio.com.
